Definitions and Further Terms 
  1. Home Loan means loans fully secured by residential properties in New Zealand.

  2. Settlement means the loan is advanced by the lender.

  3. Unconditional home loan approval means you have provided the lender with all the documentation they require and all conditions have been met to the satisfaction of the lender.

  4. Prosperity Finance will collect, hold and use your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (as amended, replaced or supplemented from time to time) (“Privacy Act”), and our privacy policy.

  5. In accordance with the Privacy Act, you have the right to request access to and correction of your personal information held by Prosperity Finance.

  6. Prosperity Finance may also use your information to provide you with communications for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not want to receive such communications, please let us know at any time by calling Prosperity Finance on 09 930 8999 or email support@profin.co.nz

  7. Prosperity Finance reserves the right to request any awardee of this promotion to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity. In the event that such proof is not provided by the awardee, is not received by Prosperity Finance within a reasonable time or is not satisfactory to Prosperity Finance, then that awardee shall forfeit their rights to the prize.

  8. All decisions made by Prosperity Finance are final with respect to all matters relating to any Promotion and no further correspondence or discussions will be entered into.

  9. Prosperity Finance reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the terms and conditions for the Promotion at any time.

  10. Except for liability that may not by law be excluded, Prosperity Finance will not be liable for any loss, claim, cost, expense, liability or injury suffered by any person in any way associated with the Promotion or for any awards.

  11. All Promotions are bound by the laws of New Zealand and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
